It is the tale of a journey undertaken with patience and courage, where every word we thought we understood is reinterpreted anew.

This is the story of the Wise, traveling from Mongolia to China, Kyrgyzstan to Kazakhstan, Hong Kong to Pakistan, through dozens of countries and hundreds of cities, but always starting from Istanbul and always returning to Istanbul.

About Us

We reached the steppes beyond the border, where the last yurts stand.

Following the collapse of Communism in 1992, the citizens of the Central Asian states came to Turkey to reclaim their cultural values and receive education. They studied in our country, and the professors here requested volunteers to provide both material and spiritual support.

Accepting this situation as a national and humanitarian duty, the volunteers observed the community's needs in health and education during their educational activities in the regions. With the material and spiritual support they received from our country, they worked to provide solutions to those needs.

During this period, they brought tens of thousands of students to our country to overcome local technical deficiencies and supported them until they completed their education and returned.

Since 1992, this process, which has continued through volunteer movements, has become systematic with the establishment of ARIF (Aid & Relief for International Foundations) during the pandemic.

As ARIF Association, we deliver aid to students in Mongolia, Kazakhstan, China, and Uzbekistan who face challenges accessing education, and we support those who wish to study in Turkey throughout their educational journey.

We assist with humanitarian needs, particularly water wells, and strive to ensure that conditional donations from benefactors reach their intended destinations.

As of 2022, we have been there for over 1,000 students from Central Asia who came to our country for education, assisting them from the moment they arrived at the airport to arranging their accommodations, navigating visa and residency processes, and participating in cultural activities. We are 'Building Bridges of the Heart.

We have come together with open hearts to ensure that those struggling to access quality education can find it, to provide clean and drinkable water to those in need, and to offer suitable clothing and shelter for those facing challenges in meeting their basic humanitarian needs. Our mission is to keep costs low while maximizing the impact of our efforts, because we believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to thrive.

Our team rolled up our sleeves to provide quality education to those who have difficulty in accessing education; to provide access to people who cannot access clean and potable water; to provide clothing and shelter to those who have difficulty in accessing humanitarian needs such as clothing and shelter, and to provide maximum benefit by minimizing costs while doing all these.

Within the scope of our working strategy, we strive to reach the needy in the fastest way possible by saving time in finding the real needy in the field, while saving local associations from the effort in certain areas (IT Support, strategizing, etc.).

We Reached Villages

We have made our way to over 400 villages, primarily in Kyrgyzstan and Mongolia, located in the heart of Central Asia.

We Brought Smiles to Faces

In the communities we visited, we had the privilege of brightening the lives of over 15,000 people, including more than 9,000 precious children. In doing so, we became a beacon of hope, illuminating their paths with joy and possibilities.

We Supported Education

We prepared educational kits for village schools and tents, particularly focusing on regional schools, and contributed to the education of children in Central Asia.

We Prepared Food Packages

We prepared tens of thousands of food packages, which we generously distributed to the local communities, especially to children in need.

We Brought Warmth to Hearts

Thanks to the kindness of our generous supporters, we delivered sacks of coal to families battling for their lives in the harsh -45-degree cold. In doing so, we helped them overcome the bitter chill of winter, reminding them that they are not alone in their struggle.

We Shared Our Sacrifices

With the heartfelt support of our generous donors, we delivered our sacrifices to the tables of those in need across Central Asia. In doing so, we not only provided nourishment but also ignited hope and gratitude in their hearts, reminding them that they are not alone in their struggles.
